1. Booking and Ticketing Rules

• Name Matching: The name on your flight ticket, hotel reservation, and visa must match your government-issued ID or Passport exactly. Even a single incorrect letter can result in the airline denying you boarding. Tickets are strictly non-transferable to another person.

• Ticket Validity: Promotional, budget, and group fares often come with strict airline restrictions. These tickets may be non-refundable, non-reroutable, and non-changeable. Always check the specific fare rules provided by our consultants before confirming your booking.

• Payment Deadlines: Airlines use automated ticketing systems. If full payment is not received by the exact time limit provided by your travel consultant, your reservation will be automatically cancelled by the airline.

2. Check-In and Boarding Requirements

• International Flights: You must arrive at the airport and check in at least 3 to 4 hours before your scheduled departure time. Immigration and security lines can be unpredictable.

• Domestic Flights (within Bangladesh): Please arrive at the airport at least 1.5 to 2 hours before departure.

• No-Shows: If you fail to check in on time or miss your flight, you will be declared a "No-Show" by the airline. No-show penalties are incredibly strict, and in many cases, you will lose the entire value of your ticket.

3. Baggage Allowances and Restrictions

• Weight Limits: Baggage allowances vary wildly depending on the airline, your destination, and your ticket class. Always verify your specific checked and cabin baggage limits on your final ticket.

• Excess Baggage: Sky Travel Inn is not responsible for any excess baggage fees charged by the airline at the airport.

• Prohibited Items: For your safety, airlines strictly prohibit hazardous materials (such as flammable liquids, explosives, and certain lithium batteries) in checked luggage. It is your responsibility to review the airline's restricted items list before packing.

4. Visas and Border Entry

• Immigration Authority: While our team provides expert Visa Processing and assistance, possessing a valid visa does not guarantee entry into a country. The final decision rests entirely with the immigration officers at the border.

• Transit Visas: If your flight includes a layover, you may require a transit visa for that country, even if you do not leave the airport. Please confirm transit requirements with our staff during the booking process.

5. Group Tours and Holiday Packages

• Punctuality: For group tours, itineraries are tightly scheduled. We ask all travelers to respect the time of their fellow passengers. If you are late for a designated bus or tour departure, the group may have to leave without you, and missed activities are non-refundable.

• Itinerary Changes: Local conditions (weather, traffic, political unrest) may require our tour operators to adjust itineraries on the fly. We reserve the right to swap hotels, transport, or activities for alternatives of a similar standard to ensure your safety and enjoyment.

6. Code of Conduct

Our young, professional staff works tirelessly to find the best routes and fares for your budget. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward abusive language, threats, or harassment directed at our team members. We are here to help, and mutual respect ensures we can provide you with the best possible service.
